Personally, if you have arrived on a cruise ship, please don’t buy into the cruise lines selling you a trip to Christchurch – you’d be missing out on what is the honeymoon capital of NZ!
Instead, I recommend my clients to sleep in, take a later tender and avoid the rush before being able to meander the street of Akaroa and all its hidden gems.
I totally rate the La Thai and Mandala restaurant in Akaroa so don’t skip past them.
